La Casa del Alfarero (Cuenca, EC)

La Casa del Alfarero is a ministry in Cuenca, Ecuador. They serve a Spanish- and English-speaking community, and they needed a site their own staff could keep current — without learning to code or waiting on a developer for every change.

The build pairs a bilingual (ES/EN) front end with a custom CMS scoped to exactly what they update: event listings, page content, and a donations flow. Everything runs on international hosting tuned for their audience.

The point of the project was independence. Staff publish in both languages themselves, and the site keeps pace with the ministry instead of lagging behind it.
