Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Jaden Mayhue (“umbleh.dev”, “I”, “me”). I keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to inquiries and run the site, and I never sell it. Questions: [email protected].

What I collect

• Information you send me. When you submit the “Start a project” form or email me, I receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, and a description of your project.
• Server logs. My servers record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running.
• The Ask-AI demo. Questions you type into the on-page assistant are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. Don’t enter anything sensitive there.

What I don’t do

• I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• I don’t use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
• I don’t require an account or store passwords for visitors.

How I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and scope potential work.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To meet legal obligations if they apply.

Who processes data on my behalf

The site runs on infrastructure I administer, fronted by Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and the Workers AI assistant). These providers process limited data strictly to deliver the service. I don’t share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Retention

I keep project inquiries only as long as needed to follow up or as required for my records, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with me, or to ask a privacy question. I’ll respond promptly.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
