Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

The deposit covers the initial planning, research, and setup work that begins immediately upon project confirmation. This work cannot be "returned" or undone, therefore deposits cannot be refunded.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Before work begins: Cancellation must be made in writing within 48 hours of deposit payment. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • After work has begun: You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including the deposit.
  • Cancellation by us: If we must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made for work not yet completed.

Monthly Maintenance Services

For ongoing monthly maintenance plans:

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Pre-paid months will not be refunded after service has been rendered

Hourly Services

Hourly work is billed for time spent and is non-refundable once the work has been performed. You will receive documentation of hours worked upon request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the work delivered:

  • We will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the project scope
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of project delivery
  • Revisions requested that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges
